        installed at Shakuntalam Theatre in Pargati Maidan, New Delhi.

Sealed quotations are invited by Manager(Elect),Room No.147, Electrical Division., India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on item rate basis for the following items of work so as to reach the undersigned on or before 27.9.2011 up to 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM by the undersigned in the presence of the quotationers or their representative.

Name of Work: AMC (Comprehensive) for CCTV network system permanently installed at Shakuntalam Theatre in Pargati Maidan, New Delhi.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The rate offered should include the transportation charges etc.

2. The rates offered should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of quotation.

3. Payment will be made quarterly/yearly after satisfactory service has been rendered by the contractor.

4. The agency will send their engineer once in a month for checking up the equipment. In emergency, can be called any day of the year between 10AM to 8PM for set right the system.

5. The contract will cover the accessories also which are part & parcel of equipment.

6. All the taxes such as service tax/ others with the rates should be indicated separately, if any.

7. Any type of reinstallation, shifting of CCTV system will not be covered in AMC, it will be charged extra as site location.

8. Party shell not responsible, if CCTV items are misplaced, broken damaged due to fire, lighting, water etc.

9. Picture tube is not covered in this AMC.

10. In case of breakdown, if the contractor fails to restore system within 8 hours of its intimation to the contractor, the work will be got done by ITPO at their risk and cost of the contractor.

11. ITPO reserve the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

12. The quotationers should be linked/mentioned their PAN no., Service Tax no. & E.P.F no &past experiences of similar work in last three years. The intending tenderer must inspect the site of work and understand the actual quantum of work involved there in before submitting the tender. No request for additional payment for any kind of work shall be entertained.

13. All the works carried out and the services rendered shall be to the entire satisfaction of the General manager(works), ITPO. In case of unsatisfactory services the quantum of penalty, if imposed, by the General Manager (works) shall be final and binding on the contractor.

14. In the event of any breach of contract. The contract can be terminated without any notice and without any liability on ITPO.

15.Any damage done to the theatre building will be made good by the contractor at his cost.

16.All disputes and deference and questions arising out of this contract whatever shall be referred to the sole arbitration nominated by the Chairman and Managing Director of the ITPO.

17.a) The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties to this contract.

18. b) The venue of Arbitration proceedings shall be as decided by the arbitrator

19. No conditional quotation will be accepted at any stage.
