QUOTATION NOTICE

          Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect./AV) ITPO for the supply of Walkie-Talkie material for the following on item rate basis  so as to reach  the office of the undersigned on or before 29.10.2007. by 3.00PM.  The quotations shall be opened on same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

1.        The bidder shall quote the rate of mentioned make only.
2.        No extra on account of contractor shall be paid.
3.        The bidders should mention taxes etc. clearly in bid if any.
4.        No advance payment shall be made.
5.        the delivery of the material should be done in a week time at Nehru Pavilion in Pragati Maidan after receipt of supply order.
