QUOTATION NOTICE

Sub: Procurement of walkie-talkie antennas for Motorola makes Sets in
        Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Sealed quotation are invited by Sr.Manager(Elect./AV), Room No.145, India Trade Promotion Organization(ITPO), Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on item rate basis so as to reach the undersigned on or before 11.10.2010 upto 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representative.

NAME OF WORK:  Procurement of walkie-talkie antennas for Motorola makes  
                              Sets in Pragati Maidan,New Delhi.

Terms & Conditions
1. The rate offered should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of Tender.

2. The tenderer shall quote the rates of mentioned make only.

3. The agency has to deliver the material in genuine & good condition in our office, Nehru
    Pavilion, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

4. No extra on account of cartage shall be paid.

 The tenderer should mention taxes etc. clearly in the tender if any.

6. No advance payment shall be made.

7. The delivery of material should be done in two week time after receipt of supply    
    order.
 
8. Agency should be authorized from Motorola Co. An authorization letter is to be  
    Linked, otherwise their quotation will be rejected.
 
9. ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any    
    reason whatsoever.
