Sealed quotations are invited by the undersigned on item rate basis so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 30.06.2008 by 3.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

Name of Work: Annual maintenance contract (comprehensive) for LCD projector during2008-2009.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Tenderer shall have to deposit 5% of the tendered amount as performance guarantee before award of work.

2. 5% security will be deducted from the quarterly payments after rendering satisfactory services by the contractor. Income tax and work contract tax shall be deducted at source.

3. The duration of the contract period is one year from the date of issue of award letter.

4. The rates offered should be valid for 60 days from the date of opening of quotation and shall indicate service tax and all other taxes.

5. Payment will be made quarterly after satisfactory services has been rendered by the contractor.

6. Spares supplied and used shall be genuine and good quality.

7. The agency will send their engineer once in a month for checking up the equipment.

8. Breakdowns shall be attended promptly. In case of a breakdown of the projector, if the contractor fails to restore it within 4 hours of the intimation of breakdown by ITPO to him, he will provide a service projector till its restoration at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account.

9. ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
