Tender Notice Subject :- Supply for Walkie-Talkie batteries for hand held sets in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
The Manager(Elect), Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi invites item rate tender on behalf of the Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organisation from manufacturer, authorized dealers/distributors/agencies of “Motorola” Co. The firm must have (i) Average annual financial turnover above Rs.68,000/- eachyear in last 3 years ending 31.03.2011(ii) Experience of having for supplying three similar works for Govt. Deptt./PSU/ITPO/EPC/Public Sector etc. during last 7 years ending 30.09.2011 costing one work at least Rs.1.80 lakh or two works of at least Rs.1.13 lakh each or three works of at least Rs.0.90 lake each for the supply similar “Motorola” make items. The date of submission of bids is 11.11.2011 upto 3.00PM on or before and the Bids will be opened at 3.30PM on the same day.
Earnest Money will be received along with the application to issue the tender, which may be deposited through Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi (or) cash deposited with the Cashier in Cash Section (less than Rs. 10,000.00) of ITPO. Conditions and tender form can be had from the office of the undersigned on production of attested copies from CA or Notary of PAN, Tin no. VAT no. or sale tax no., EPF No. (Employee Provident Fund Code Number), along with registration no., supply orders etc. between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days from 31.10.2011 to 9.11.2011 after paying the tender cost mentioned as above (Non Refundable). The tender document is also available on ITPO website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the documents required as mentioned above along with two DDs towards Cost of Tender and Earnest money (In favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, payable at New Delhi) should be enclosed in Tender document. The tender document submitted to Manager (Elect.), Room No.147 with proper seal. cost of tender documents and EMD downloaded from website must be either deposited by 9.11.2011 or the Bank Drafts toward cost of tender and EMD must be drawn up to 9.11.2011, failing which those would not be considered/opened at all. In case the tender is not accompanied with the above and tender does not qualify as per the terms & conditions, the tender will summarily rejected. Manager (Elect.)
