The Manager (Elect./AV), Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi invites item rate tenders on behalf of the Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organisation from the specified agencies having experience in the field of Production of Video films on 'Beta-SP' and audio/video spots on the various events i.e. IITF'07 and other events held in Pragati Maidan etc. in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU's in the last three years minimum one work of similar nature. The date of submission of Technical & financial bids is upto 3.00PM on or before 28.09.2007 and the Technical Bid will be opened at 3.30PM on the same day.

The Technical bid & Financial bid must be submitted in separate sealed envelope superscribing clearly on the face of the envelope. The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies whose Technical bid found to be successful. The entire process will be evaluated by a designated committee appointed by the deptt. The opening of Financial bids of only successful Technical bidders will be communicated separately.

The earnest money should be deposited along with application requesting issue of tender document through Cash/Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.
