The Sr. Manager (Elect./AV),Room No.147, Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi invites item rate tenders on the behalf of the Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organisation from the specialised agencies having experience in the field of Production of Video Films Audio-Visuals spots & CDs of the events to be held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. etc. in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSUs/ in the last three years of similar nature. The date of submission of Technical & Financial bids is upto 3.00PM on or before 10.10.2008 and the Technical Bid will be opened only at 3.30PM on the same day.




The Technical bid & Financial bid must be submitted in separate sealed envelope superscribing clearly on the face of the envelope. The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies whose Technical bid is found to be successful. The entire process will be evaluated by a designated committee appointed by the deptt. The opening of Financial bids of only successful Technical bidders will be communicated separately.

The tender documents can be had on all working days between 11.00 AM to 4.00PM upto 07.10.2008 from the office on written request supported by documentary proof of specified experience, cost of tender mentioned above (non-refundable) in cash and valid PAN/Service Tax/Registration/TIN/WCT copy as applicable. The earnest money should be deposited along with application form through Cash/Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi. The tender of the contractor who does not deposit the earnest money in the prescribed manner shall be summarily rejected. Other terms and conditions are as per the tender.
