Quotation Notice

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager (Elect./AV)ITPO, for the following items on item rate basis on behalf of CMD ITPO, Room No.147, Pragati Bhawan Annexe-II Building, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from  the manufacturer, authorised dealer/distributor so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 21.01.2008 by 3.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM. in the presence of the quotationers or their authorised representatives by the undersigned.

Name of work: Replacement of  Cinema Screen on existing frame in Shakuntalam Theatre, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Terms & Conditions:-
1,  Since the theatre is in running  conditions,  all work shall  have to be executed  during  one night after 9 PM.  However, the work  has to be completed  within 7 days  time  from the date of award letter
2.  The agency has to indicate  taxes which ever are applicable separately. The rate  should be  excluding  taxes .
3. The rate should be quoted  for  delivery  at  site.  Nothing extra  should be  payable  on account of  cartege   or  any other  misc. expenses.
