The  Manager (AV/Elect.), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.147, Annexe Building,  Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on behalf of CMD invites applications for the following work from specialized firms dealing  on hiring for Providing G.P.A. System & Sound System arrangements.  To obtain the tender  document the firm must have (i) Average annual financial turnover above Rs.62,948.00  in  last 3 years ending 31.03.2007.  (ii) Experience of having successfully completed three similar works during last 7 years   ending 31.08.07 costing at least Rs.83,930.00 each or two works of at least Rs. 1,04,912.00 lakh  each or one work of at least Rs.1,67,860.00 lakh.  Similar work mentioned above refers to the supply on hire  basis Providing G.P.A. System & Sound System arrangements in similar events.  The tender documents will be received upto 3.00PM 28.09.2007 and will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30PM in presence of the tenderer or their representatives.

Applications for purchase of Tender documents should be accompanied with attested copies of average turnover, experience certificate issued by Executive Engineer/Manager level officer stated above copies of PAN/TIN/WCT etc.  as applicable should reach the Manager(AV/Elect.).  Tender documents will be issued to the prospective tenderers on all working days between 11.00AM to 4.00PM upto 24.09.2007  other terms and conditions are as per the tender.
