Short Quotations Notice
Sub: Supply, & installation of audio-visual system arrangements in at Pragati
Maidan. Sealed quotations are invited by the undersigned on item rate basis so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 11.11.2009 upto 3.00PM. The quotations shall be opened on same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the Quotationers or their authorized representatives.
Name of work : Supply, & installation of audio-visual system arrangements in at Pragati Maidan. Terms & Conditions:- 1.The material shall be supplied within one day from the date of issue of supply order and no extra charges against cartage will be paid. 2.Rates should be quoted including all taxes. 3.The rates offered should be valid for 60 days from the date of opening of quotations. 4.The material shall be supplied only prescribed make and model only. 5.The quotationers must quote the rates for mentioned model only. 6.No extra on account of cartage charge shall be paid. 7.No advance payment shall be made. 8.The material shall be supplied installed and commissioned with satisfactorily/good condition at Nehru Pavilion, in Pragati Maidan by 13.11.2009. 9.ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever at any stage.
