BRIEF NOTICE INVITING TENDER
SUB: Hiring (wet) of quality sound system arrangements with professional equipments for cultural programs during IITF’2010 at Pragati Madain,New Delhi. The Sr. Manager (AV/Elect.), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.145, Annexe Building, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, invites item rate tenders in two part (Technical bid & Financial bid) system on the behalf of the Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organisation from the specialized agencies having similar experience in the field dealing in Hiring (wet) of quality sound system arrangements with professional equipments for cultural programs during IITF’2010 at Pragati Maidan (14-27 November, 2010). The firm must have (i) Average annual financial turnover above Rs. 4,07,700/- in last 3 years ending 31.03.2010 (ii) Experience of having during last 7 years, three similar works costing of at least 40% each or two work of at least 50% each or one work of at least 80%. Similar work mentioned above refers for Hiring (wet) of quality sound system arrangements with professional equipments for cultural programs. The Technical bid & financial bid must be submitted in separate sealed envelope super scribing clearly on the face of the envelope. The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies whose Technical bid is found to be successful. The opening of financial bids of only successful Technical bidders will be communicated separately. The tender documents will be received up to 3.00PM on 23.8.2010 and will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30PM in presence of the tenderer or their representatives.
In technical bid, the required documents should be submitted with attested copies from CA/Notary for average turnover, experience certificates/supply orders issued by Executive Engineer/Manager level officer/ Event Organizers stated above and the attested copies of PAN/Service Tax No. etc. as applicable. The earnest money should be deposited along with the Tender (both Technical Bid and Financial Bid) through Bank Draft/cash drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi. The tender document, schedule of work, details of scheme, terms and conditions are also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document(financial bid) for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender form & Earnest money as mentioned above are also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the tender(in Technical Bid) while submitting the tender (Technical bid & financial bid). In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document and Earnest money, the tender will be summarily rejected. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there of at any stage. The tender documents can be had between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 19/8/2010 from the office on written request supported by cost of tender as mentioned above ( non refundable ) in cash/ Bank Draft drawn in favor of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi
