BRIEF NOTICE RE-INVITING TENDER
Sub: Re-invitation for Hiring (wet) of quality sound system arrangements
with professional equipments for cultural programs at Pragati Madain, during IITF’2009 The Sr. Manager (AV/Elect.), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.147, Annexe Building, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on behalf of CMD re-invites applications for the following work from specialized firms dealing in Hiring (wet) of quality sound system arrangements with professional equipments for cultural programs during IITF’2009 at Pragati Maidan (14-27 November, 2009). To obtain the tender documents the firm must have (i) Average annual financial turnover above Rs. 4,59,540/- in last 3 years ending 31.03.2009 (ii) Experience of having three similar works during last 7 years ending 30.09.2009 costing atleast 40% each or two work of at least 60% each or one work of at least 80%. Similar work mentioned above refers for Hiring (wet) of quality sound system arrangements with professional equipments for cultural programs. The tender documents will be received up to 3.00PM on 09.11.2009 and will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30PM in presence of the tenderer or their representatives.
Applications for purchase of Tender documents should be accompanied with attested copies of average turnover, experience certificates issued by Executive Engineer/Manager level officer/ Event Organisors stated above attested copies of PAN/Service Tax No. etc. as applicable should reach the Sr. Manager(AV/Elect.). The earnest money should be deposited along with the Tender through Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi. The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender form as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the tender while submitting the tender. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document and Earnest money, the tender will summarily rejected. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there of at any stage. The tender of the contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the prescribed manner shall be summarily rejected. Tender documents will be issued to the prospective tenderers on all working days between 11.00AM to 12.30PMupto 09.11.2009.
