CORRIGENDUM
Sub: Hiring (wet) of quality sound system arrangements with professional equipments for cultural programmes at Pragati Maidan, during IITF’2009.
The Manager (Civil) Engineering Division, Room No.144, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed item rate tender for the following work from approved & eligible contractor of ITPO and CPWD & those of appropriate class of Department of Telecommunication, MES, Railways up to 3.00 PM on 6.11.2009 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorised representative at 3.30 PM.
With reference to our NIT No.371-ITPO(23)/AV/2009-10 dated 28.9.2009 for the work of Hiring (wet) of quality sound system arrangements with professional equipments for cultural programmes at Pragati Maidan during IITF’2009. Published in Newspapers Indian Express, Financial Express, and Jansatta (Hindi & English) and available on ITPO website: www.indiatradefair.com. The following may be read in item No.1 to 6 of Schedule of Work in place of ‘B’ read ‘A’ , ‘C’ read ‘B’, ‘D’ read ‘C’, ‘E’ read ‘D’, ‘F’ read ‘E’, ‘G’ read ‘E’ and ‘H’ is Food Court which is already mentioned in Annexure at ‘H’ and their rates should be quoted accordingly. The date on the Notice Inviting Tender document and details on website was wrongly mentioned as 28.09.2009 in place of 28.10.2009. Other terms and conditions remains the same. Sr. Manager (Elect./AV)
