EXTENSION TIME NOTICE

Sub: (1) Supply, Installation, Fixing & maintenance of General Public
        Address (GPA) system with announcement facility/play back music
        facility on hire basis in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. (for one year)
        (2) Providing of sound system arrangements on hire basis in Pragati
        Maidan, New Delhi. for one year .

NIT No. 371-ITPO (19)/AV/2011-2012 dated 16.6.2011

The date of issue of tender documents was kept on 22.06.2011 up to 3.00 pm and opening of technical bids was kept 23.06.2011. The date of issue of the tender documents for the above stated works was extended up to 08.07.2011 at 3.00pm & opened at 3.30pm on 12.06.2011.Due to extension of time the tender will be sold up to 3.00 PM on 14.07.2011 and submitted(technical bids and financial bids) up to 3.00PM & opened (Technical Bids) at 3.30PM on 15.7.2011 respectively. The tenderers who have already submitted the bids (technical bids and financial bids) can purchase fresh tender if they wish to submit their fresh technical and price bids otherwise the earlier bids submitted would be considered.

The other terms and conditions remains the same.
