TENDER NOTICE

Subject: Providing sound system arrangements on hire basis in Pragati Maidan New Delhi.(for one year)

The Manager (Elect/ AV), Engineering Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi invites two part system(Technical and Financial bid) sealed item rate tenders on behalf of Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organisation from the specialized agencies having experience in the field of providing for Sound System arrangements on hire basis . The firm must have (i) Average annual financial turnover above Rupees 1.07 lake each year in last 3 years ending 31.03.2011 (ii) experience of having done hiring works for Govt. Deptt./PSU/ITPO/EPC/ Exhibition Organizers etc. during last 7 years ending 31.03.2011 costing at least one work of Rs.2.85 lakh or two works of at least Rs.2.14 lakh each or three works of at least Rs.1.43 lakh each. The work mentioned above refers to similar work of providing of sound system arrangements on hire basis in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The date of submission of Technical & financial bids is upto 3.00PM on or before 23/06/2011 and the Technical Bids will be opened at 3.30PM on the same day.

The Technical bid & financial bid must be submitted in separate sealed envelope super scribing clearly on the face of the envelope. The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies whose Technical bid are found to be successful. The entire process will be evaluated by a designated committee appointed by the deptt. The opening of financial bids of only successful Technical bidders will be communicated separately.

Estimated Cost	Rs.3,55,250.00
Duration of Contract	One year from date of award letter
Earnest Money	Rs.7,105/- (to be deposited along with application to issue the tender in the shape of cash/DD in favor of (ITPO).
Performance Guarantee	5% of tender value to be deposited before award of work.
Security Deposit	5% of the tendered value
Cost of Tender(non-refundable)	Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only).

In technical bid, the require documents should be submitted with attested copies from CA (balance sheets) for average turnover, experience certificates and satisfactory completion certificate issued by concerned departments by Executive Engineer/Manager level officer/ Event Organizers stated above and the attested copies of PAN/Service Tax No./EPF No./TIN etc. as applicable. The earnest money should be deposited along with the Tender(both Technical Bid and Financial Bid) through Bank Draft/cash drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi. The tender document, schedule of work, details of scheme, terms and conditions are also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender documents for submitting the tender. However, The cost of tender documents of downloaded form from the website must be either deposited by 3.00 PM on 22.06.2011 or bank draft towards cost of tender must be drawn upto 22.06.2011.

In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document and Earnest money, the tender will be summarily rejected. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there of at any stage. The tender documents can be had between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 22/6/2011 from the office on written request supported by cost of tender as mentioned above ( non refundable ) in cash/ Bank Draft drawn in favor of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi
