TENDER NOTICE Subject: Supply, Installati The Manager (Elect/ AV.), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.147, Annexes Building, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on behalf of CMD invites sealed item rates tender in two part system(Technical Bid and Financial Bid) applications for the following work from specialized firms dealing for supply,installation,fixing,operating and maintenance of General Public Address(GPA) system with announcement facility/play back music facility on hire basis.. The firm must have (i) Average annual financial turnover above Rupees 1.19 lake each year in last 3 years ending 31.03.20011(ii) experience of having done hiring works for Govt. Deptt./PSU/ITPO/EPC/ Exhibition Organizers etc. during last 7 years ending 31.03.2011 costing at least one work of Rs.3.17 lake or two works of at least Rs.2.38 lake each or three works of at least Rs.1.59 lake each. Similar work mentioned above refers to similar work of providing General Public Address(GPA) system with announcement facility/play back music facility on hire basis in Pragati Maidan The tender documents will be received up to 3.00PM __23/6/2011 and will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30PM in presence of the tenderers or their representatives. The Technical bid & financial bid must be submitted in separate sealed envelope super scribing clearly on the face of the envelope. The Financial bids will be opened only of those agencies whose Technical bid are found to be successful. The entire process will be evaluated by a designated committee appointed by the deptt. The opening of financial bids of only successful Technical bidders will be communicated separately.
In technical bid, the require documents should be submitted with attested copies from CA (Balance sheet)for average turnover, experience certificates and satisfactory completion certificate issued by concerned departments issued by Executive Engineer/Manager level officer/ Event Organizers stated above and the attested copies of PAN/Service Tax No./VAT/EPF No./TIN etc. as applicable. The earnest money should be deposited along with the Tender(both Technical Bid and Financial Bid) through Bank Draft/cash drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi. The tender document, schedule of work, details of scheme, terms and conditions are also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com and same can be down loaded and used as tender documents for submitting the tender. However, The cost of tender documents of downloaded form from the website must be either deposited by 3.00 PM on 22.06.2011 or bank draft towards cost of tender must be drawn upto 22.06.2011. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document and Earnest money, the tender will be summarily rejected. ITPO reserves the rights to reject all or any of the offer without assigning any reason there of at any stage. The tender documents can be had between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 22/6/2011 from the office on written request supported by cost of tender as mentioned above ( non refundable ) in cash/ Bank Draft drawn in favor of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.
