India Trade Promotion Organisation is a premier trade promotion agency of the Government with international standard exhibition and convention facilities. ITPO hosts about 30 exhibitions and other trade events every year at Pragati Maidan and other centres in India besides participating in nearly 70 overseas fairs.

Applications are invited from reputed advertising agencies fully accredited with the INS having either head office or branch office in Delhi for empanelment with ITPO for one year initially (extendable on satisfactory performance by a further one year period). The agency should having a minimum billing of Rs. 5 crore p.a. by Delhi office for last 3 years and at least 5 years experience of working with Central Ministries /Govt. Departments PSUs. Advertising agencies may collect application form on written request on payment of Rs. 2000(non refundable) through Demand Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, payable at New Delhi, from P.R. Unit, Publicity Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation. The selection process schedule will be as under:

• Collection of application forms: 23.3.2007 to 30.3.2007 between 10.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.(on working days)
• Last date for submission of application forms with creative: 9.04.2007 till 4 p.m.
• Short listed advertising agencies will be required to make presentation to the Selection Committee for the final selection.
• ITPO reserves the right to accept/reject any of the application without assigning any reason thereof.
• The decision of ITPO in the selection of advertising agencies will be final and binding.
