The quotations in sealed cover as per job sheet attached are hereby
invited for inspection, repairing, refilling and repainting, maintenance
of Fire Fighting Equipments as per ISI Norms.
1. The quotation should be sent alongwith earnest money deposit
for Rs.3,000/- (Rs. Three thousand only) through a demand draft
in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi. Cheques
will not be accepted.
2. The quotation in sealed cover should be addressed to the Manager
(Stores), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Prantik Building,
Near Gate No.1, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 so as to reach
this office latest by 3.00 pm on or before 13.8.2007 an will be
opened at 4.00 pm on the same day. Quotations received after the
stipulated date and time and without earnest money will not be considered.
3. The job has to be completed within 30 days from the date of issue
of order. In case of failure to complete the work in time the earnest
money will be forfeited.
4. The work after completion will be subject to the inspection of
Senior Manager, Manager of Security Division.
5. The contractor must have PAN Number and registered with concerned
Tax Authority as applicable. (Photocopy should be attached with
quotation)
6. The quoted rates will be valid for a period of one year. The
performance guarantee has to be furnished for each Fire Extinguisher
refilled/repaired for a period of one year as per ISI norms. In
case of any Fire Extinguisher found not working during the guarantee
period the same will have to be refilled/repaired free of cost immediately.
7. The earnest money of the successful bidder will be covered as
Security Money till the guarantee period.
8. ITPO reserves the right to reject any quotation in full or part
thereof without assigning any reason and no correspondence will
be made in this regard.
9. The contractor must have their own workshop with facilities such
as hydraulic testing, gas filling etc.
