The quotations in sealed cover are hereby invited for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the above said items for the period of one year i.e. block year 2007-08.

      The quotations in sealed cover should be addressed to the Manager(Security), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Security Control, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001, so as to reach this office by 1.30 p.m. on or before 30th March 2007. The quotations would be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m.

      The above said items are to be inspected/rectified and made operational in all respects throughout the year.

      However, during the period of IITF'2007 (from 14th to 27th November, 2007) you have to provide/depute your Mechanic/representatives to this office daily at 9.00 a.m. for carrying out the proper inspection of the above items. This all would be done by you free of cost.

       The payment of this AMC would be made only after the successful completion of the contract. ITPO reserves the right of rejecting any quotation in full or part thereof without assigning any reason and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
