TENDER NOTICE
Sub: Supply of Fire Extinguishers on hire/rental basis. Dear Sir, India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Government of India Enterprise) invites sealed quotation for supply of the following New Fire Extinguishers on hire/rental basis for a period of 17 days i.e. from 12.11.2009 to 28.11.2009 for “India International Trade Fair-2009” from the original manufacturers having ISI CE and ISO certification:-
2. The Fire Extinguishers should be new. 3. The quotation should be sent alongwith Earnest Money Deposit for Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) through a Demand Draft in favour of India “Trade Promotion Organisation”, New Delhi or be deposited cash with Cash Section of ITPO. Cheques will not be accepted. 4. The quotation alongwith form as per annexure-I(Technical specifications and Financial bid) in sealed cover should be addressed to the Manager (Stores), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.1, Prantik Building, Near Gate No.1, Pragati Maiden, New Delhi-110001 so as to reach this office latest by 3.00 pm on or before 29.10.2009 and will be opened at 3.45 pm on the same day. Quotations received after the stipulated date and time and without earnest money will not be considered. 5. The supply of the Fire Equipments on hire basis will be subject to the inspection and sample for testing by the Security Division. In case of failure to supply in time the Earnest Money will be forfeited. 6. The Department reserves the right to reject any quotation in full or part thereof without assigning any reason and no correspondence will be made in this regard. The quantity of above items are subject to change without assigning any reason thereof. 7. The approved rates will remain valid for a period of one year. You may furnish the performance Guarantee for each Fire Extinguishers supplied on hire/rental basis during India International Trade Fair (IITF-2009) if found not working would be replaced immediately. 8. The contractor must have PAN Number and registered with concerned Tax Authority as applicable. (Photocopy should be attached with quotation) 9. The attested copies of ISI, CE and ISO certification should be attached with quotation. 10.The party should have their workshop/maintenance Department in Delhi for quick service, supervision and inspection. 10.The earnest money will be converted into “Security Money” till the period of contract is valid for the successful bidder.
