Dear Sir,

The quotations in sealed cover are hereby invited for supply of the following Fire Fighting Equipments of ISI Mark on hire/rental basis for a period of 16 days i.e. from 13.11.2007 to 28.11.2007.

The quotation should be sent alongwith Earnest Money Deposit for Rs.3,000/- (Rs. Three thousand only) through a Demand Draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi. Cheques will not be accepted.

The quotation in sealed cover should be addressed to the Manager (Stores), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Prantik Building, Near Gate No.1, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 so as to reach this office latest by 3.00 pm on or before 13.8.2007 an will be opened at 4.00 pm on the same day. Quotations received after the stipulated date and time and without earnest money will not be considered.

The supply of the Fire Equipments on hire basis will be subject to the inspection and sample for testing by the Manager, Security Division. In case of failure to supply in time the Earnest Money will be forfeited.

The Department reserves the right to reject any quotation in full or part thereof without assigning any reason and no correspondence will be made in this regard.

The approved rates will remain valid for one year. You may furnish the performance Guarantee for each Fire Equipments supplied on hire basis during India International Trade Fair (IITF- 2007) if found not working would be replaced immediately.

The contractor must have PAN Number and registered with concerned Tax Authority as applicable. (Photocopy should be attached with quotation)

The earnest money will be converted into "Security Money" till the period contract is valid for the successful bidder.
