ENQUIRY Sub: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Door Frame Metal Detectors The sealed quotations are hereby invited for the Annual Maintenance Contract of 41 Nos. Door Frame Metal Detectors for a period of one year from the date of the start of the contract. The quotations in sealed cover should be addressed to the Manager (Stores), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 and should reach ITPO by 2.30 p.m. on or before July 26, 2010. The quotations would be opened on the same day i.e July 26, 2010 at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the willing quotationers. The above items are to be inspected/rectified and made operational in all respects till the whole period of AMC. However, during the period of IITF-10 (from Nov. 14-27, 2010), you have to depute your Service Engineer/Representative to this office daily from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. for carrying out the proper inspection of the above items. This would be done by you without charging any extra amount. The AMC would also include the replacement of faulty parts of DFMD without any extra charges. The payment of AMC would be made only after the successful completion of the contract. ITPO reserves the right of rejecting any quotation, including L-I party, in full or part thereof without assigning any reason and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
