Subject: Procurement of three Digital Photocopy Machines against Buy-back Scheme for ITPO’s Head Office Pragati Maidan, New Delhi India Trade Promotion Organisation invites sealed quotations from the manufacturers/authorized dealers of HCL Infosystems Ltd,. Canon India Pvt. Ltd., Zerox India Ltd., for supply of the following items subject to approval of technical specifications and financial information. Quotations indicating price, time of delivery with detailed specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet and literature where-ever applicable should reach us on or before25th February 2011 at 3.00 pm and the same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of intending parties or their authorized representatives. The party shall deposit an amount of Rs. 2,500/- by way of Demand Draft in the name of India Trade Promotion Organisation, Delhi along with application. The photocopy machines will have to be installed at ITPO’s Head Office, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi
Photocopy machines should be registered with DGS&D. Please attach a Copy of the Certificate of registration. The quotations in sealed cover should be addressed to Manager (Stores), Prantik Building, near Gate No.1, Stores Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001. The sealed quotations may be put in the tender box kept with Manager (Stores). The quotations received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted. The tender envelope should be in sealed cover, superscribing “Tender for supply of three Digital Photocopy Machines under buy-back for ITPO Head Office, New Delhi. (Mrs. J.L. Kashyap)
