Procurement of Security Equipments.

We shall be grateful to receive your sealed quotation for supply of the following items subject to our standard terms and conditions printed overleaf.  Quotations along with earnest money, indicating price, time of delivery with detailed specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet and literature where applicable should reach us on or before 30th September, 2008 at 3.00 pm and same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of intending quotationer/their authorized  representative:

The EARNEST MONEY of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand  only) should be deposited in the form of Draft in favour of "India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi" or to be deposited in cash with Cash Section of I.T.P.O. Quotation submitted without Earnest money would not be considered.

Note: Please send your quotation to Manager (Stores) indicating Enquiry No. and opening date on the top of Envelope.
