Technical bid should contain information as per Annexure-I and be put in an envelope super scribed “Technical Bid” “Financial bid should contain information as per Annexure-II and be put in another envelope super scribed “Financial Bid”.  Both the envelopes may be put together in one sealed cover, superscribed “TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF  FIRE EXTINGUISHERS”

The tender may be addressed to the  Manager (Stores), Stores Division, Prantik Building, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati  Maidan, New Delhi-110001 in sealed cover and put in the ‘Tender Box’.   The tenderers who qualify in the technical bid, will be required to give demonstration of their equipment in a very short period. The tender documents can be collected in person on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) (Non-refundable & non transferable) by Demand Draft in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi” or in cash to be deposited in Cash Section of ITPO on any working day from 11.00 am. to 5.00 pm. The tender document with terms & conditions, technical specifications of the Fire Extinguishers can also be downloaded from ITPO’s Website- www.indiatradefair.com.   However, the tender’s cost of Rs. 1000/-in the form of demand draft in favour of  “India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi” along with the technical bid should be enclosed.  In addition, the earnest money of Rs. 38,000/-  (Rupees thirty eight thousand only) vide DD, in favour of  “India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi” should be enclosed with tender documents. In case, the due date is declared a holiday, tender shall be opened on the next working day or any date fixed by ITPO.    

The bidder must have proper provision for quality servicing in Delhi and should be able to provide quality spares and service immediately as and when required.  

The quotation should include/cover guarantee/warranty period of three years from the date of installation of the fire extinguishers. The AMC for a further period of two years should be quoted separately in the relevant column of the financial bid format.

ITPO will, if required, send randomly selected fire extinguishers to the Govt. Laboratories for  testing for which cost will be borne by the supplier. If the item/s are found not meeting the requirements or are sub-standard, the whole consignment will be liable to be rejected.

The above fire extinguishers are required to be delivered to ITPO within a period of 7 days from the date of placing the order.
