This is to inform the public that holding of marriages/ receptions/ functions having religious connotations, display of fire works and playing of loud music are not permitted at the restaurants and food outlets or anywhere else in Pragati Maidan. The licensor (ITPO) has already initiated appropriate legal proceedings against defaulters.  Therefore, all concerned persons are informed not to fix such functions in any of the restaurants and food outlets.  ITPO would ensure that such functions are not allowed and are stopped immediately if found to be taking place.  Anyone doing any dealing with the Restaurants inside Pragati Maidan will be doing so at his own risk & cost.  The Public Notice may also be seen at our website:
