Subject: Procurement of Exide Make Batteries for UPS system

India Trade Promotion organization (a Govt. of India Enterprise) invites sealed quotations for supply of Exide Make batteries under buy-back, subject to our standard terms and conditions printed overleaf. Quotation indicating price, time of delivery, with detailed specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet, literature and samples wherever applicable should reach us on or before 18-4-11 by 3-00 pm and will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m.

Note:
1.  Please send your quotation to Manager (Stores) at the above address
    indicating enquiry No. and opening date on the top of the envelope.
2. Quotation must be valid for 120 days.
3. The quantity/nos of the batteries are subject to change without assigning any
    reason.
4. An EMD of Rs. 1500 would be charged with application
