Sub: Lamination of Badges for IITF-2008.

India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Govt. of India Enterprise invites sealed quotations from professionals/reputed firms for Lamination of Badges for "India International Trade Fair-08". The quotations should reach us on or before 27.10.2008 by 3-00 P.M. and will be opened on the same day at 4.00 P.M. in the presence of intending quotationers/their authorized representative.

Note: Sample of Lamination material and Steel Clip should be enclosed with quotation. The quantity indicated above is subject to change.

1. The Badges will be provided by ITPO.
2. Quotation must be valid for 60 days from the date of opening of quotation.
3. The lamination will be made at ITPO's premises and space and electric connections
    for the machines will be provided by ITPO to the party.
4. Eight heavy duty lamination machines with operators will be required from
    08.11.2008 to 27.11.2008 between 9.00AM to 8.00 PM. (or as required by ITPO)
5. The EARNEST MONEY of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) should be
    deposited in the form of Draft in favour of "India Trade Promotion Organisation,
    New Delhi" or be deposited in cash with Cash Section of I.T.P.O. Quotation
    submitted without Earnest money would not be considered.
6. The contractor/party must have PAN Number and registered with concerned
    Taxation Authority as applicable (Photocopy should be attached with quotation).
7. No advance payment shall be made.
8. India Trade Promotion Organisation reserves the right to accept or reject any
    tender in part or full without assigning any reason whatsoever.
