Subject:-Procurement of  10 Nos. Digital Photocopy  Machines against  Buy-back.
               

Dear Sir,
               India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Govt of India Enterprise invites sealed quotations from the manufacturers or their authorized dealers for supply of the following item subject to approval of technical Specifications and financial information as per Annexure-I and standard terms and conditions as per Annexure-II.  Quotations indicating price, time of delivery with detailed specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet and literature where applicable should reach us on or before May 20, 2009 at 3.00 pm and the same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of intending parties or their authorized representatives.

Photocopiers should be registered with DGS&D/ Kendriya Bhandar. Please attach a Copy of the Certificate of registration with any of the above mentioned agencies/offices. The detail of the photocopy machines under buy-back is at Annexure–III. The old photocopy machines will be given “ as is where is” basis. The quotation should be enclosed with authorization letter from the manufacturer.

The quotations in sealed cover should be addressed to Manager (Stores), Prantik Building, Near Gate No.1, Stores Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001.  The sealed quotations may be put in the tender box kept with Manager (Stores).  The quotations received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted.  The tender envelope should be in sealed cover, super scribing  “Tender for Supply of Digital Photocopy Machines under buy back”.
