following items subject to our standard terms and conditions printed
overleaf. Quotation indicating price, time of delivery, with details
specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet and literature where
applicable should reach us on or before Ist May, 2007 at 3.00
pm. The received quotations will be opened on the same day at
3.30 pm. 1. ITPO will provide space and electric connection for the machines free of charge. 2. Maintenance, consumables & paper to be provided by the contractor. 3. Only reputed brand 75 GSM photocopy paper is to be used. 4. The work load will be around 2500 copies per day for both the photo copiers. 5. The above rates shall be valid for two years subject to satisfactory performance. No increase in rates during the currency of the contract will be allowed under any circumstances. 6. The contractor must be registered with Delhi Sales Tax on works Contracts Act-1999 Value Added Tax, Service Tax Authorities as the case may be. Please attach photocopy of registration along with the quotation. The successful bidder shall have to produce the above documents in original for verification by the Manager (Stores). 7. The approved agency is to submit an interest free Security Deposit of Rs.5,000/- along with agreement. 8. Documents showing adequate experience in the field including references from the organizations served should be provided with the offer. 9. ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer. 10. ITPO also reserves the right to terminate the contract before the expiry of the contract period, if the party's services are not found satisfactory. The decision of ITPO regarding quality of services shall be final. 11. The agencies have to submit the list of the parties to whom they are rendering such types of services. N.B. Please send your quotation to Manager(Stores) indicating Enquiry No. and opening date on the top of the envelope. Earnest Money should be deposited through Bank Draft drawn in favor of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi (or) cash deposited with the Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash Receipt to be sent with the application Condition and tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on production of PAN No. and TIN No. between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 01.05.2007 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non Refundable). Quotation must be forwarded by post/your representative in sealed cover duly super scribed with our reference subject and due date of opening. 3. Quotation should be free from correction and erasers. 4. All prices quoted must be firm and no revision in the price quoted will be allowed after the sealed tenders are opened. 5. Quotation must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of the tender. 6. Quotation received after the specified time and date will not be entertained. 7. We reserve to ourselves unfettered right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons. 8. Rates quoted should be for units specified by us overleaf. 9. The tenderers, irrespective of the fact whether they quote or not, are requested to acknowledge the receipt of the tender notice. 10. The tenderer is required to state whether he is a relative of any Director of our Organisation or the tenderer is a firm in which Director of our Organisation of his relative is a partner or tenderer is a private company in which Director of our Organisation is a member or Director. 11. India Trade Promotion Organisation reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or full without assigning any reason whatsoever. India Trade Promotion Organisation also reserves its right to accept the lowest rates quoted by the tenderers and to allow the Public Enterprises price preference facilities as admissible under the existing policy. 12. If the item found damaged during shifting the same may be got repaired or replaced with new one at awardees cost. |
