India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Government of India Enterprises) invites sealed quotation for providing Tempo with minimum four labours on hire basis in the following terms and conditions.

1. Providing Tempo/Truck with minimum four labours for loading, unloading, shifting and transporting of furniture and other office items. Please quote your rates as under:
A) Per day basis B) Per hour basis C) For extra labour on per day basis.

2. The contractor must have PAN Number and registered with concerned Tax Authority as applicable (Photo copy should be attached with quotation).

3. The quoted rates will be valid for a period of two years. The second year contract will be extended subject to the satisfactory performance.

4. ITPO reserves the right to reject any quotation in full or part thereof without assigning any reason and no correspondence will be made in this regard.

5. The contractor must have their own Tempo/Truck etc.

6. If the items found damaged during shifting, the same may be got repaired or replaced with new one at their own cost.

7. The quotation in sealed cover should be addressed to the Manager (Stores), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Prantik Building, Near Gate No.1, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 so as to reach this office latest by 3.00 pm on or before 5.8.2008 and will be opened at 4.00 pm on the same day. Quotations received after the stipulated date and time, will not be considered.
