QUOTATION NOTICE

Supply of office furniture items on hire basis

India Trade Promotion Organisation, A Govt. of India Enterprise invites sealed quotations from reputed Contractors for supply of the office furniture items on hire/rental basis for the use in Pragati Maidan during the forthcoming India International Trade Fair November'2008 for a period of approx. one month. The approved rates will be valid till 31st December, 2009. A tentative list of the required items, which can be increased/decreased as per the discretion of ITPO is attached. You are requested to quote the rates for one month for each item. The quoted rates should include delivery and collection charges and Taxes, if any.

The Contractor must have PAN Number and registered with concerned Tax Authority as applicable. (The photocopy should be attached with the quotation).

The quotation should be sent alongwith earnest money deposit of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) by Demand Draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi. Cheques will not be accepted.

The quotations in sealed cover should be addressed to Manager (Stores), Prantik Building near Gate No.1, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi so as to reach this office latest by 3.00 pm on or before 28th August, 2008 which will be opened on the same day at 4.00 pm in the presence of parties. The sealed quotations may be deposited in the tender box kept with Manager (Stores). The quotations received after the stipulated date and time and without earnest money will not be accepted. The furniture items supplied should be in good condition and good looking and should be matching with our available furniture items.

ITPO reserves the right to reject any quotation in full or part thereof without assigning any reason whatsoever and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
