TENDER NOTICE

Subject: Procurement of Paper Shredding Machines and Fax machine

India Trade Promotion Orgnisation invites sealed quotations from for supply of the following items subject to our standard terms and conditions printed overleaf. Quotation indicating price, time of delivery, with detailed specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet, literature and sample where-ever applicable should reach us on or before July 13, 2011 at 3.00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M.

2. Cutters should be made of hardened alloy steel and

should be able to shred pins, clips, CDS’, Identity cards etc.

3. The weight should not exceed 5 kg.

4. The paper shredding machine should have atleast two

security levels.

5. The dustbin should be easy to empty

6. The price per unit should not exceed Rs. 8,000 + Taxes,

as applicable.
