Sub: Procurement of Shoes for Security Staff

India Trade Promotion Organisation invites sealed quotations from the manufacturers or their authorised dealers of reputed companies or from Govt. Co-operative Stores/Agencies for supply of the following items subject to our standard terms and conditions printed overleaf. Quotations, indicating price, time of delivery with detailed specifications should reach us on or before February, 9 2012 at 3.00 pm and same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm.

Note:

1. Please send your quotation to Manager (Stores) indicating Enquiry No. and opening date on the top of Envelope. Kindly mention the VAT/Taxes separately along with the price quoted.
2. The quantity is subject to change. The party should have showroom in Delhi.
3. The shoes must bear the name of company/brand name on the sole of shoes.
