Subject: Quotation for Installation of heavy duty photocopy machines and
Fax Machines on short term basis during ITPO’ events at Pragati
Maidan, New Delhi

Dear Sir,
India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Govt of India Enterprise invites
sealed quotations for installation of heavy duty Photocopy and Fax
machines on hire/rental on short term basis during ITPO’ events at Pragati
Maidan, New Delhi.

Quotations indicating price and description of machines should reach
us on or before February 25, 2010 at 3.00 pm. The received quotations will
be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm. in the presence of the intending
parties or their authorized representatives.

1.	Installation of heavy duty Photocopy Machines and Fax machines with operators, consumables and maintenance on rental basis per day and per copy basis, on short time basis during ITPO’ events at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

The quotationer will have to deposit an amount of Rs. 5000/- as earnest
money along with quotation by Demand Draft favouring “India Trade Promotion
Oganisation”, Delhi . The quotation will not be accepted without EMD.
Please mention the VAT/taxes etc. separately.

Note:
1. ITPO will provide space and electric connection for the machines free
    of charge.

2. The Operator, maintenance, consumables & papers will be provided by the
    contractor.

3. The photocopy machines and Fax machines would be used during the
    currency of Exhibitions Organised by ITPO and not on regular basis. The supplier
    will have to bring the Photocopy machines and fax machines back to their     destinations once the exhibition is over.

4. Only reputed brand 75 GSM photocopy paper is to be used.

5. The above rates shall be valid for two years subject to satisfactory
    performance. No increase in rates during the currency of the contract will be
    allowed under any circumstances.

6. The contractor must be registered with Delhi Sales Tax on works
    Contracts Act, Value Added Tax, Service Tax Authorities as the case may be.
    Please attach photocopy of registration along with the quotation. The successful
    bidder shall have to produce the above documents in original for verification by
    the Manager (Stores).

7. The EMD of successful bidder will remain with ITPO as an interest free
    Security till the expiry of the agreement.

8. Documents showing adequate experience in the field including references
    from the organisations served should be provided with the offer.

9. ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer.

10. ITPO also reserves the right to terminate the contract before the
      expiry of the contract Period, if the party's services are not found satisfactory.
      The decision of ITPO regarding quality of services shall be final.

11. The agencies will submit the list of the parties with whom they are
      rendering such types of services.

and opening date on the top of the envelope.
