India Trade Promotion Organisation (a Govt. of India Entperprise) invites sealed quotations for supply of two Franking Machines as per detail given below:

NOTE: Taxes/VAT should also be mentioned separately

Requirements:

1. Electronic Postal Franking Machines with weighing scale, preferably at DGS&D rates.

2. The above machines should be approved by the Ministry of Communication, Deptt. of Post, Govt. of India.(Copies of the certificate must be enclosed.) The above machines will be installed at ITPO’s Regional Offices, Mumbai & Kolkata respectively, by the party without any extra cost.

3. Annual maintenance charges of the machines after warranty period for five consecutive years .

4. Cost of consumables of the above machine and their source of supply.

5 . Please send your rate in the sealed envelope addressed to Manager (Stores), Prantik Building, Near Gate No. 1 India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, by giving the reference of this quotation letter latest by April 23, 2012. The sealed quotations would be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM. The quotation must be valid for 120 days.
