To, Subject:- Electronic Postal Franking Machine. Dear Sir, We shall be grateful to receive your approved rates by DGS&D for supply of one Franking Machine as per details given below: 1. Electronic Postal Franking Machine and communication interface having weighing scale with buy back offer of old Franking Machine model No.4400 (Neopost). The cost of carrying case, if any, may also be given with your offer. 2. The above machine should be approved by Dept. of Post, Govt. of India. (Copies of their certificate must be enclosed). 3. Copy of the approval of the weight and measuring Govt. Deptt., should be enclosed in case of Weighing Scale. 4. Annual Maintenance charges of the machine/equipment along with list of your customers. 5. Cost of consumables of the above machine and their source of supply. 6. Please send your rate in the sealed envelope addressed to Deputy Manager(Stores), Prantik Building, Near Gate No.1, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 given the reference of this letter latest by 16th April, 2008 by 3.00 pm. 7.
