Sub: Physical Verification of ITPO's Fixed Assets

India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Govt. Of India Enterprise) invites quotations for Physical Verification of its Fixed Assets at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi and Flats in Asiad Village Complex , as on 31st  March 2009.  The scope of work includes:

1. Physical Verification of Fixed Assets in and around Pragati Maidan and     Flats in Asiad Village Complex etc.. 
2. Reconciliation of physically verified items with respect to Fixed Asset     Registers. 
3. Suggestions, if any, for improvement in the system. 
4. The completion of job & submission of report with reconciliation should     be made within eight weeks from the date of award of work.

You are requested to send your willingness for the execution of above job with the fee/charges on or before 10.02.2009 by  3.00 PM  in a sealed quotation addressed to Mrs.Jai Lakshmi Kashyap, Manager (Stores), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Prantik Building, Gate No.1, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in the presence of intending quotationers/their authorised representative.
