Subject:- Physical verification of Fixed Assets of ITPO.

Dear Sir,

This is regarding physical verification of assets of India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) in and around Pragati Maidan, Flats in Asiad Village Complex and CMD/ED's residence as on March'2007. The scope of work includes:

1. Physical verification of assets in and around Pragati Maidan, ITPO's Flats in Asiad's Village Complex, CMD/ED's residence etc.
2. Reconciliation of physically verified items vis-à-vis Fixed Asset Registers.
3. Making of new Fixed Asset Register by carry forward of the items from the old Fixed Asset Registers.
4. Segregation of obsolete, serviceable and unserviceable assets.
5. Suggestion if any, for improvement in the system.
6. The complete job and submission of report with the reconciliation should be made within eight weeks of awarding this work.
