NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Sub:  Disposal of unserviceable goods on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS’.

India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Govt. of India Enterprise invites sealed bids from the interested parties for disposal of unserviceable goods of the following description on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS’ lying at our Warehouse Stores, ITPO at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The last date of receiving the bids is 9th November, 2010 at 2.30 pm. The bids must be deposited in Tender Box kept in the room of Manager (Stores), INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION, Room No.1, Prantik Building, Gate no.1, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001. The bids will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of interested parties. The Tender Form will be sold upto 12:30 pm on 9th November, 2010. The bidders may inspect the items at Warehouse Stores, Near Gate No.1, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on any working day between 11.00 am to 5.00 pm till 8th November, 2010 upto 5.00 PM

Bids have to be submitted on prescribed tender document. The tender document can be collected in person on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) (Non-refundable & non transferable) by Demand Draft in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organisation” or in cash to be deposited in Cash Section of ITPO on any working day from 11.00 am. to 5.00 pm. from the office of the Manager(Stores), India Trade Promotion Organistion, Room No.1, Prantik Building, Near Gate No.1, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001.The EMD of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) should be deposited in the form of demand Draft in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organisation” or be deposited in cash with Cash Section, ITPO.

Bidder may also download the Tender document from ITPO’s website www.indiatradefair.com and cost of the tender document should be paid at the time of submission of bids in the form of Demand Draft for Rs.500/- (non-refundable and non transferable) in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at Delhi or cash in ITPO’s cash counter.
