Sealed quotations are invited from the Surveyor License Holder/Govt. approved for assessing the value of the goods meant for disposal.  The disposal goods mainly contain old furniture (steel & wooden), cars, trolleys, office equipments, coolers, air-conditioners, printed material, computer & peripherals and other miscellaneous store items.  Your rates/charges should be either item wise or on the total value.

Your quotation must be addressed to “Mrs. J.L. Kashyap, Manager(Stores) India Trade Promotion Organisation, Prantik Building, Gate No.1, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 so as to reach by 23rd December, 2011 by 3.00 pm.  Quotation/Inviting Letter will be uploaded on our website also i.e. www.indiatradefair.com.
