SUB: Invitation of offers from Bank/Financial Institutions/ Foreign Exchange Dealers to deal in foreign exchange Remittances/Personal exchange of ITPO. ITPO intends to empanel agencies dealing in Foreign Exchange remittances/personal exchange. The agency must have all necessary clearances from RBI and also fulfill other statutory requirement for dealing in foreign exchange.         The offer must include the following:-   1. Copy of Registration with RBI for dealing in foreign exchange. 2. Net worth and latest Audited Accounts along-with a copy of the Annual Report. 3.  Rates quoted for purchase & sell of US$, GBP and Euro for the dates 1-15 May, 2009. 4.  Copy of Registration Certificate with Service Tax Authorities. Interested agencies may submit their offer in sealed cover by 1st June, 2009 to Shri Gajraj Singh, Sr. Manager (Fin.), Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject offers without assigning any reasons.
