TENDER NOTICE

Tender No. 208/FFA/CS/ITPO/2007-08

SUB: Invitation of offers from Bank/Financial Institutions/ Foreign Exchange Dealers to deal in foreign exchange Remittances/Personal exchange of ITPO.




ITPO intends to empanelizing agencies to deal in Foreign Exchange remittances/personal exchange. The agency must have all necessary clearances from RBI and other statutes as required to deal in foreign exchange.

The offer must include the following:

1. Copy of Registration with RBI for dealing in foreign exchange.
2. Net worth and latest Audited Accounts alongwith a copy of the Annual Report.
3. Rates quoted for purchase & sell of US$, GBP and Euro for the dates 1-15 April, 2008.
4. Copy of Registration Certificate with Service Tax Authorities.



It is requested that above offers may be submitted by 20th April, 2008 to the office of Shri Gajraj Singh, Sr.Manager(Fin.), Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject any offers without assigning any reasons.
