NOTICE INVITING SEALED QUOTATIONS

       

Sealed items rate quotations are invited for stitching of summer uniform as per the details given below. The quotation will be received upto 1.30 p.m. on 27.3.2008 and will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on the same day.

CONDITIONS

1. The stitching of uniform should be good and acceptable standard and sub-
Standard will not be accepted.

2. In case of any complaint of stitching the cost of cloths will be recovered.

3. All the adjustment required in the uniform to the satisfaction of the security staff would be made by you free of cost.

4. The stitching work should he completed within 30 days from the date of issues of
the works order or after collecting the uniform cloths from the Stores Division,
ITPO

5. Please note that unnecessary delay of stitching work is not acceptable. In case of delay 25% may be deducted from the total amount of the bill.

6. The bill in triplicate duly pre-receipted may be submitted to this office after satisfactory completion of work.

7. The reference number of this letter shall be mentioned on the sealed envelope under which the quotation is being sent.
