Sub:- Requirement of additional man-power on contract basis during
         IITF'2008 & other fairs/activities of ITPO upto 31st March, 2009

The INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION, a Central Government Public Sector Enterprise invites sealed tenders only from the reputed security agencies to provide the services of additional man-power on contract basis during IITF'2008 & other fairs/activities of ITPO upto 31st March, 2009.

Eligibility Criteria:

1.	Annual turn-over	: 10 crores (during the last financial year)
2.	Manpower	: 1500 Persons
3.	Work Experience	: 10-15 years

The prescribed Tender Form can be collected from the Manager (Security), ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi 110 001 on any working day between 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.. The sealed Tender Form alongwith DD of Rs. 87,500/- (as Interest Free EMD) drawn in favour of ITPO and with the supporting documents should be deposited in the Tender Box placed in the Security Office, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi upto 1.30 p.m. on 25th September' 2008. The Technical Bid will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. by the tender committee in the presence of the available tenderers. The ITPO reserves the right to reject any/all tender without assigning any reason.
