Empanelment of Private Fire Agencies by ITPO to meet its own
Requirement of man-power on contract basis upto 31st March 2009.

The INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION, a Central Government Public Sector Enterprise invites the sealed quotations from the reputed “Fire Agencies” to provide the services of fire guards’ upto March 2009 on demand by ITPO during International/National/Specialized fairs being held at Pragati Maidan.  The requirement is for quality service from fire agencies and only those private fire agencies will be considered whose company profile gives its infrastructure facilities/details of man-power/clientele/registration, rate etc. The agency may send their application on the prescribed proforma available with the Manager (Security), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi 110001 alongwith the demand draft of Rs. 10,000/- (EMD) in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.

The application along with the demand draft should reach to The Manager (Security), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 latest by 22nd February 2008 by 1.30 p.m. and the sealed quotation will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the available representatives of the companies/agencies. The ITPO reserves the right to reject any/all offers without assigning any reason.
