The INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION, a Central Government Public Sector Enterprise invites the sealed tenders from the reputed "Fire Agencies" to provide the services of fire guards' upto March 2010 on demand by ITPO during ITPO's fairs being held at Pragati Maidan. The requirement is for quality service from fire agencies and only those private fire agencies will be considered whose company profile gives its infrastructure facilities/details of man-power / clientele / registration, rate etc. the agency may send their application on the prescribed Performa available with the Senior Manager (Security) India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 along-with the demand draft of Rs. 10,000/- (EMD) infavour of India Trade Promotion Organization, New Delhi.

The application along with the demand draft should reach to The Manager (Security0, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 latest by 18th June, 2008 by 1.30 p.m. and the sealed tenders will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the available representatives of the companies/agencies. The ITPO reserves the right to reject any/all offers without assigning any reason.
