Last date of collection of tender forms 09.03.07 The last date of submission of bids is 12.03.07 up to 3.00 PM on or before as per details given and the same will be opened on same day. The tender documents can be collected on all working days from 15.02.07 to 09.03.07 between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM from Room No.215, Admn. Block, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi alongwith valid PAN, work contract registration No. TIN No./Sales Tex No. (which ever is applicable) The specialized Agencies who qualify the following requirements may apply for bids documents to show their expertise and sufficient man-power/ equipment to carry of short notice. 1. Name of the firm with address, phone, fax etc. 2. Year of establishment 3. Details of equipment/facilities available for executing the work. 4. Proprietary/ Partnership Firms. 5. Qualifications of the Proprietor / Partner/ Director as applicable 6. Full time manpower available on the pay role. 7. Empanellment with other government agencies (to be supported by photocopies 8. PAN No. / Service Tax No. The Bids will be submitted in sealed envelops subscribing "Bids for Fabrication of Jute Bags" on the face of envelope addressed to Manager Technical, Room No.216, Admn. Block, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001. The bids will be opened in the presence of a designated committee appointed by the Department. The rates are to be given on your letter head both in figures & words as per format given. On the envelop you must subscribe "Bids for Fabrication of Jute Bag" The envelop should be sealed and dropped in Quotation Box lying in Room No.216 of Admn. Block, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for Delhi based agencies. The agencies outside Delhi may post the bids by Regd. Post addressed to Shri T. Biswas, Manager (Tech.), Room No.216, Admn. Block, Pragati Bhawan, New Delhi-110001 ITPO reserves the right to short-list any/ all or none of the application without any reason. The short-listed agencies shall be informed accordingly.
