Short Tender Notice

The Manager, Design & Display Division, Room No.216, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110001 on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed items rates tender for the following work from specialized agencies up to 23.2.2009 which will be opened on the same date at 3.30 p.m.

The tender documents can be collected on all working days (16.2.2009 to 20.2.2009) from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. from Room No.215, Admn. Block, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Deli- 110 001. The last date of submission of Tender is 23.2.2009 up to 3.00 p.m. which will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m.

Terms & Conditions:

1. ITPO has the right to reject any trophy that is sub-standard.

2. ITPO reserves the right to reject all the quotations or award the work to any agency without assigning any reason whatsoever.

3. The rate shall be valid up to 31st March, 2011.

4. Income Tax at source shall be deducted as per rules.

5. VAT as applicable under rules of Govt
