SUB: Quotation for photo coverage (Pragati Maidan & out side)

Senior Manager (Tech.) India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.216, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110001 invites sealed tender from the specialized firms dealing in the field for the following works on behalf of the Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.

The Financial & Technical bids are to be submitted in separate envelop indicating Financial Bid and Technical Bid.

Last date of submission of Bids is 26.8.2010 by 01 pm. Positively in Room No. 216, 2^nd floor, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Paidan, New Delhi.

The Technical Bid will be opened on 26.8.2010 at 3.00 pm.

Technical Bid
1. Average Annual Financial turnover during the last three years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.

2. Experience having successfully completed similar works during last two years (with supporting work order/assignment letters)

3. Basic requirements:

a) Digital camera Nikon/Canon/Fuji, etc. with minimum 10 mega pixel and above.

b) Flash: Nikon: SB-600/800 & 900
                        OR
            Canon: 580 – EX2

c) For Studio work/Exhibition photography (supporting equipments available)

d) For digital video coverage: Sony PD 150/170
                                                  OR
                                          Sony VX 2100

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Financial Bid will be opened of only those Agencies who will qualify in the Technical Bid.

2. ITPO has the right to reject any print that is sub-standard.

3. The rates will be valid up to June 30, 2011 and the same can be extended for one more year.

4. In emergency the work will be given to any body else if any one from the approved Photographer is not present or unable to do the work within the stipulated time.

5. The prints must be deposited in photo lab within one day after the shoot.
6. The bill must be deposited in Photo Lab within a weak after completion of event/fair.

7. ITPO reserved the right to reject all the quotations or award the work to any Photographer without assigning any reason what so ever.

8. The work/job is required to be completed on or before date failing which the penalty will be levied @5% for each day of delay.

9. No payment will be made if the work/job is not carried out as per specifications/instruction.

10. Tax deducted at source will be deducted as per rules of the Govt.
